Morning Prayer for Gratitude and Joy

Scripture: “This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24

Prayer:
Father, thank You for this new day. Thank You that it is not random or wasted — You authored it with intention.
I receive today as a gift, not a burden. I reject the weight of yesterday’s disappointments and the anxiety of tomorrow’s unknowns.
I decree that my heart will not bow to complaint or comparison. My lips will carry thanksgiving, my thoughts will choose praise, and my spirit will stay anchored in joy.
Let every encounter today reveal Your goodness, and let gratitude shift the atmosphere around me.
