WAR ROOM 015: Prayer to Command Your Mind into Alignment

Scripture:
“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.”
— Colossians 3:2 (NIV)

Devotional Word:
The mind is a battlefield—targeted daily by spirits of confusion, anxiety, and distraction. The enemy’s tactic is always to overwhelm your thoughts, disrupt your clarity, and plant seeds of fear. But confusion is illegal in the life of a believer who is anchored in Christ. God’s Word makes it clear: you have authority over every thought that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. When your mind spirals, you don’t have to accept it as your reality—you have the legal right to bring it into submission to God’s truth.

Mental fog is not just a symptom—it’s an assignment. Overthinking, racing thoughts, fear, and torment don’t belong to you. Through the blood of Jesus, you can break every demonic influence and enforce mental clarity, peace, and soundness.

WAR ROOM PRAYER:
Father,
I take authority over every thought running wild in my mind.
I cast down confusion, anxiety, fear, and intrusive lies.
I silence every voice that didn’t come from You.
I bring my thoughts into divine alignment—with peace, with clarity, with power.
I reject torment and overthinking.
I rebuke mental fog and spirals of fear.
In Jesus’ name, amen.

Where have you been tolerating confusion or mental exhaustion as “normal,” instead of recognizing it as spiritual interference? What happens if you command your mind into alignment every day this week?
