The invitation isn’t just to pray about your pain, but to legally transfer it out of your possession. Anxiety is not your inheritance. Shame is not your portion.
When you refuse to carry what God already paid for, you break agreement with heaviness and enter into the legal rest Christ secured. Your heart wasn’t designed to be a warehouse for what hurts—you are called to cast every weight onto the One who cares for you.
