WAR ROOM 047: Prayer to Destroy Evil Altars and Shut the Door to Return Spirits

DEVOTION

Not every battle comes from your choices. Some of it was inherited, invoked, or assigned. There are altars erected in secret—by bloodline covenants, witchcraft, jealousy, or monitoring spirits—where your name is whispered in dark places. These altars become platforms for demonic activity, legal rights, and demonic reinforcement.

But hear this clearly: The Blood of Jesus is the higher altar.
It speaks louder than curses. It crushes every contract made in secret. And it permanently shuts the door to spiritual squatting.

When Jesus cast out spirits, He warned of the danger of staying spiritually “vacant.”
If you clean the house, but don’t fill it, the enemy sees an open invitation.

Today, we’re going to destroy the altar—but we’re not stopping there.
We’re going to fill the house with the Holy Spirit, seal the perimeter in the Blood, and break every power that’s tried to rise again.

No returning spirit.
No reinforcement.
No resurrection of altars.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father,
I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, my Risen Savior, Advocate, and Defender. I acknowledge that any altar erected—whether by my ancestors, by enemies, or by my own sin—has no power greater than the cross of Jesus Christ.

I now plead the Blood of Jesus over every part of my life—past, present, and future.
I renounce every evil covenant, spoken word, or ritual that gave demons access to my name.
Every altar where my voice, my likeness, my DNA, or my destiny was summoned—
I command it to burn to ash by Holy Fire.

Let the angels of the Lord locate and demolish every altar in the spirit realm bearing my name.

I cancel every sacrifice offered against me.
I break every spiritual tie to monitoring spirits, witchcraft operations, and inherited strongholds.

And now, Lord Jesus—
I shut the door.

I shut the door to return spirits.
I shut the door to demons seeking reentry.
I shut the door to every “seven worse” assignment trying to rebuild what You tore down.

I declare: I am filled.
I am sealed.
I am not vacant.
I am not available.
I am occupied by the power of the Holy Spirit and governed by the name of Jesus Christ.

No evil altar will be rebuilt.
No demonic construction will prosper.
No familiar spirit will find a home here again.

I seal every door in my life with the Blood of the Lamb.
And I declare by faith: the legal ground is gone, the altar is demolished, and the sentence is carried out.

I belong to Jesus—and the devil can’t have what’s His.
